About the Artist - "Pengar"
   Art is a passion. Learning simple techniques at a very early age, harnessing my style of artwork, much later in life.
  Getting inspirations drawing from flora and fauna. Painting Murals and Theatre sets, backdrops, plus Theatre Makeup. 
  1980 First Place Student Artwork on Canvas. 1985 Media release of Jungle Character Fence Mural. 
   1990's continued with Murals and sketching. 2000 Began Face Painting. 2007 Opened the business PengarARTs. 
   2008 The Wolfe Bros Course FP certificate. ​2009- 2010 Spirit of Tas Creature Tales. 
   2010 MuralFest - Mini Mural Manager/Coordinator - Highest Sales / Best presentation / Most Visited.
   2010  Theatre Set Painting, Back drop and make up - "Oliver", & "The Best little Whorehouse in Texas". 
   2011 **Maria Mormile Course FP. Theatre Sets, Painting, makeup and hair for "Ole King Cole". 2011 **Pashur Course FP.
   2011 MuralFest Mini Mural Manager/Coordinator - Highest Sales / Best Presentation / Most Visited. 
   2012 **3RD Place Body Art Competition Dvnprt Regatta. Theatre Setpainting, makeup "Puss in Black".

   2013 Theatre setpainting for BMS."Les Miserables" receiving Best Show Event for Burnie.
   "Olga Meleca" workshop certificate. 
   2014 Devonport Regatta Body Painting Competition Won 2nd place.
   Marist Regional College "BATS" Musical theatre makeup for characters.
   2015 TBAC - Tasmanian Body Art Challenge founder Penny Garrett in 2015.
   An annual event show casing Tasmanias Artists in the genre of Body Painting.       
   2016 TBAC - Expose' Event Organizer and Semi Finalist for the Tasmanian Community Acheivement Awards. 
   2017 Australian Body Art Festival - Cooroy QLD nominated for media release the following year.
   2018 Pengar Arts moved to Victoria to begin a whole new adventure, based in Pakenham on the South East of Victoria.
   2019 Daily face painting at Crocs Playcentre Pakenham, gaining a following of clients for parties, special ocassions,             Council Events, Community Events, right throughout the year.
   2020 Reinventing the business, highlighting Funky Hair Services with our CV19 WH&S Plan.
   Events being the focus.       
   2021 to 2024 New beginnings in NSW; Riverina Region and the ACT. 
   2023 Pengar ARTs Kids Entertainment services are reaching far and wide in the 21st Century.
   Achieving BEST TOP 3 Face Painters in Wagga Wagga NSW.
   The focus is on Events Introducing Arty MASKS by Pengar for purchase at Events we attend.
